QuietWater Films has a couple of snippets from their solo paddling dvd. People might find the one on paddling techniques interesting - i found it gave me some new thoughts.
I've got the full 'paddling the solo canoe' dvd, though I've not watched it yet. I'm happy to bring it in or lend it out to a few people once I've seen it. Though Don't let that stop you from buying it :)
