    A NOTE FOR THE DIARY

    Hi there, Team KJO here, trust all is well and good.

    For all those looking forward to this years annual Tower Hamlets - Scotland - KJO Canoe Club trip the dates are:

    8 Nov - 15 Nov 08

    Once again we are aiming to run a number of courses on the same week meaning it’s suitable for all levels of white water paddler.

    Please see below some of the exciting stuff planned for the week along with loads more great KJO you would expect.

    At the risk of sounding like a KJO sales rep, I really would recommend this course to anyone who is interested in white water.

    The locations are stunning and the coaching isn't bad either. I see that this year coach Nigel will be involved - he coached my group down the river in [wikipedia:Wales] last week and it was superb. Jacko coached me in Scotland and he was excellent, although he did dub me dangerous Dave and I'm not quite sure I thank him for that...

    It isn't cheap, but it's worth it.

    Anyone with a tight budget who is worried about having to buy loads of kit shouldn't - I'm sure you could scrap good enough stuff together through the club/KJO easily.

    i also highly recommend this trip - i had a stunning time both years  - first taste and classic.
