Great stuff. I would make one change to say the "aproximate cost is £10"  as this will be worked out after the petrol has ben accounted for.

Dear all,

 On the food front, could people please bring flasks of hot water, for teas and coffees.  We will bring tea bags etc.

Despite my earlier post my dry bags which were lent out on this trip remain unreturned.  I urgently need these for a trip which I am leaving on tomorrow straight after work.  If they are not returned to me I will have to buy some more so that I have a dry sleeping bag etc.

I would be very grateful if the people who still have my drybags would contact me TODAY and let me know if there is any possibility of them bringing them into central london either today or tomorrow (before 5pm).  I work at Tower Bridge and they can be left at my works receptio.  For obvious reasons I can't just duck out of work to collect these.
