Using normal club trip car expense rules?

I assume that we will give all car expense receipts to Lars and let him split the costs on each and every one of us? Despite the coach/non-coach groups this is a club trip, isn't it?

Re: Using normal club trip car expense rules?

I think that is fine.  However, I would like to pull my vehicle out of the pool as I am doing different stuff on the friday and think it is better that my car expenses are paid by the people in my car.   I don't think it is fair that other people pay for my fuel as I roam about [wikipedia:Wales] looking for water.

    BAs

Just to remind everyone that BAs will not be going up in the Van at Lunchtime, anyone who needs a Basin BA needs to collect one on Friday evening...

    I never swim!
Sometimes, however, I choose to not "wear" my kayak

Re: Using normal club trip car expense rules?

hi, also take marks car out of this too. his expenses will be paid by the beginners  and to make sure it is all fair i am paying half his petrol as i am going in his car   ( so the beginners will only be charged for half his petrol)

Re: Using normal club trip car expense rules?

Lars is away for some weeks, so if all drivers/petrol payers can email Lars their car expenses, he can start calculating before Xmas...

Thanks for a brilliant weekend, everyone!
