Tower Hamlets Canoe Club

Hi everyone, 

I just want to say a big thanks to all those who helped out with the last BBQ - I heard it was a great success.  Big cheers for Super Susie (as we now refer to her to distinguish).

Building on the last riproaring success we're planning another BBQ for 10th June (which is also the next beginners night).  

Same sort of thing again, but just hopefully this time we will retain more of the beer we purchase. Food and drinks available from 8.30pm, £5 for 2 driks and food. 

Again, volunteers required to help out on the night and we also need a volunteer with a car to come shopping with us. 

Unfortunately Stromberg isn't thrown in as part of the cost this time :-(

Thanks to all that helped arrange that great barbeque last night. I had not seen the post, so it was a good surprise. It was a fantastic treat to have food waiting for us when we came of the water!

Fantastic BBQ! Had a great time! Thanks Susi and Cathy for preparing everything, and big thanks to those in charge of burning the meat

All thanks should go to Cathy and John, they were great and did all all the hard work!
