Gunwhale bobbing on an open canoe in the basin

Open canoeing is a growing area of interest at THCC and we are fortunate to have the use of Shadwell Basin's large fleet of open canoes.

An open canoe coaching group is available on many of our Tuesday evening club sessions and is now an essential part of the new BCU Two Star award. There are often open boating trips being planning either on the forum or in the pub after paddling

If you would like to try open canoeing please contact the Open Canoe representative or post on the open canoe forums.
