The THCC Annual General Meeting is held once per year in April.
Next AGM
8:45pm on Tuesday, 20 April 2010 in The Prospect of Whitby.
Details and the agenda is available via the club forum.
Members may also propose items for discussion at the AGM in accordance with the Club Constitution.
