Steps:
- Go to the Boat Inventory page in BoatTrippy (you may need to log in, use your forum credentials)
- Search for the boat with the fault and click View. Click the Report a Fault button and fill in the form and submit.
- This will provide the information that the Equipment officers will use to resolve the fault so make the fault description as detailed as you can.
