Becoming a tradition, on Sunday 4 paddlers hooked up and headed north on the M1, up to Northampton and the Nene White Water Course. It was jolly fun, and for a big part of the afternoon we had the place to ourselves. The course is much smaller than Lee Valley, but it means we can self support each other at 3 star level without needing an assessment. Turns out I still need practice getting into those top eddies.
