Our position on the Thames Tideway provides an excellent location for practising the skills and techniques required for sea kayaking.

Our regular Tuesday night paddle is a good opportunity to paddle a sea kayak, of which we have several, and learn to deal with tides.

Through our affiliation with Shadwell Basin, we are also able to offer a regular introduction to sea kayaking course and those who have completed this course have access to Shadwell Basin's fleet of Nigel Dennis sea kayaks on Tuesday nights.

Club members also travel to symposia and undertake weekend trips to the coast.
