THCC BBQ Equipment

  • BBQ (boat cage under tarp).
  • Big Black BBQ Box (in office shelving unit).
    • Two sets of utensils (labelled “meat” & “veg”)
    • Two sponges (“meat” and “veg”)
    • Bread knife
    • Two sets of oven gloves (one per chef)
    • Disposable cups and plates etc.
    • Bin bags
    • Kitchen towel/napkins
    • Hand sanitizer
    • Cleaning products (anti-bac and washing up liquid)
    • Pots and lids × 3
    • Chopping board
    • Cleaning Cloth (for table surface only).
    • Fire lighter/ matches
    • Money tin
  • Folding table (outside near workshop)
  • Two builder’s buckets (in office) as drink coolers.
  • Labelled “THCC” aprons × 2. (in office)
  • Tea towel (to be hung after use)
